Dr Atul Pandya

Dr. Atul Pandya is a post graduate of The FSW, M S University , with his Ph.D. in Management & Leadership. He has been into Strategic Leadership role for 33 years in HR, Corpo. Communication , SCM , HSE & Business Development functions, in some of the most reputed organizations, including 3 MNCs . He has been instrumental in organizational transformations thru Change Management , Process Improvement & People Development in all organizations he has worked with.His last 3 major assignments prior to IIMT Studies are :

1. Group President – HR & Corporate Communication – Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Ahmedabad
2. Group President – HR & Corporate Affairs :Sanghi Group Of Industries.
3. Vice President – HR & Corporate Communication – Essar Steel Ltd

Dr. Pandya, is working as Chief Executive Officer, with IIMT Studies , Ahmedabad since April 2016 & has been an important member of Strategic Business Team. As a CEO, he has been leading Learning Delivery, Customer Support and relations and Operations functions. He also has been a lead facilitator for senior management & leadership teams. So far has conducted more than 500 learning sessions for more than 10000 professionals, of some of the most reputed & leading corporates in India & Overseas. Dr. Pandya is the Trainer - Facilitator, from India , so far, felicitated by Kuwait Government & Zayed University UAE & Trainer from India ,by Kuwait Government & Kuwait, for his contribution in People development.
