Online Registration

If you have received the required counselling, please process to register your account from Create Account Option in Login Page with the valid mail ID. Once e-Mail ID is verified, the student can proceed for the enrolment process.

Make Payment

After the registration process, the student has to make the registration fee paid for the course in which he/she is willing to enrol. The payment can be made online from your bank account.

Once the payment is made, the accounting department will have to approve your payment request in two to five working days. You will receive the notification on your portal.

Profile Approval

Once the payment is approved, student has to update & submit his/her profile with required information & documents including education, employment, ID/address, profile pic etc. Once the profile is submitted, the complete profile will be sent for the approval.

If the admin is satisfied with the information & documents submitted, the admin will approve the profile for further enrolment process.

NOTE: Students with less than 2yrs of work experience will have to qualify and appear for the entrance examination/aptitude test.

Course Enrollment

On approval of the registration fee and the profile, the system will enrol the student & issue the enrolment number on the portal.

Manage Courses

From “My Course” page students can manage Course, i.e., they can download the ID Card or Admission Letter, they can request for the course study material.

Live Lectures

The student who is not able to attend the live session / lectures from any nation can view recorded sessions from the My Course section on the portal.

Study Material

Students can access the online study material at a convenient time. Apart from the Study material, a student can avail as a part of the supporting material is as under.

  1. Reading Material: Students can view the reading material prepared by the course faculties.
  2. Presentations
  3. Case Studies: a few courses are taught with the case study analysis.

Online Examination

Student can apply for the online examinations, the request of the eligible students will get approved. The exam intakes are March, June, September and December.

On approval of the exam request, the system issues Question papers online & students can submit the answer sheets on the portal.

Once the answer sheets are submitted, they are evaluated by the faculties. For more information, please read the Plagiarism Policy of the Institution.

Exams Assessment

If your assessment is successful, you will get the notification on your valid IIMT ID, on the portal. In the case of the unsuccessful evaluation, you will have to re-appear in the examination. Please read the Grading Policy.

Marksheet/ Certificate

After the successful assessment of each semester, a student will be able to access their mark sheets on their portal.

After the successful assessment of all the semester, a student will be able to access their Certificate on their portal.

The students can ask for the further process of the attestation, in case they are in any international country. Or can request for the Hard Copy of their Certificate and Mark sheets.
